How to change default Shutdown window action?

Answer :-
~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 -> Goto run[windowKey+R]
2 -> type "regedit" [without quote]
3 -> Goto the Following path
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft \Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer \Advanced
4 -> then right click on window and select new
     now select "DWORD (32-bit) value"
5 -> Type this "Start_PowerButtonAction"           [without quote]
6 -> then double click on created registry     ("Start_PowerButtonAction")
7 -> put the "Value Data" from the following
100 = Switch user
1 = Sign out
10 = Sleep
40 = Hibernate
2 = Shut down
4 = Restart
   [ENTER ONLY NUMBER.]
8 -> then press OK..
